My name is Dexter Verrill, and playing the drum kit is my passion. I am married to my beautiful wife, Rachael, and currently have no children. We both grew up in Maine, one in the next town over from the other, and still live in this peaceful state.

I have been practicing the drums for many years now (10 to be exact), learning from some of the best drumming instructors from around the world through an online education program entitled Drumeo--some of which included Pat Petrillo, Tony Royster Jr., Thomas Lang, Larnell Lewis, Eric Moore and many others.

I just want to say "Thanks!" to you for stopping by my website. My job is to provide that inspiring lesson, that motivating topic that teaches you to play drums and become that seasoned musician.

My job is to help you find your voice in your drum playing--that thing that makes you unique, that points you out in the crowd of a thousand drummers (maybe even a million).

With a passion to play the drums comes the passion to teach the drums.
